The ClubApp member wallet, explained

A member's relationship with a club is more than a membership card these days — it's tickets, credit, passes, sponsor perks and the card they pay with. The new My Wallet puts all of it in one always-on place, so members never have to go hunting through the app again.

One hub on the bottom bar

My Wallet is a single, always-on hub that sits on the app's bottom bar — one tap away, every time. Instead of digging through separate screens, a member opens their Wallet and sees everything the club gives them in one tidy stack. It's the home base for the whole membership.

At the top is a branded hero and balance card in the club's own colours, showing the member's status at a glance. It feels like the club, not a generic app — the same look you'd expect from a digital membership card.

Everything in one place

My Wallet brings together, in one place, everything a member does with the club:

• Membership card — the member's digital membership card, their ongoing identity at the club.
• Club Cash — their stored-value balance, ready to spend at checkout or in person (see Club Cash explained).
• Tickets — event tickets for whatever's coming up.
• Passes — multi-visit and season passes that scan at the gate.
• Vouchers — co-branded sponsor vouchers to redeem in-store.
• Payment methods — the member's saved cards for quick, secure payments.

Only what your club offers

Not every club runs everything, and the Wallet reflects that. Club Cash and vouchers only appear when the club enables them, so members see a Wallet that matches what their club actually offers rather than a list of features they can't use.

Add to Apple and Google Wallet

The items worth carrying can leave the app entirely. Membership cards, tickets and passes can be added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so a member can show them at the gate or the door without opening the club app at all. It's the convenience of the phone's own wallet with the club's branding front and centre.

That's the whole idea: one wallet across everything the member does with the club. Card, credit, tickets, passes, vouchers and payment methods — no more remembering which screen holds what. For members it's simpler; for clubs it's a single, polished place to show off membership, payments and sponsor rewards together.
