Club passes explained: how to buy and use a multi-visit or season pass

A pass is the club version of a 10-visit punch card or a season ticket — something that lets you in more than once. In ClubApp it lives on your phone, counts your entries for you, and scans at the gate just like your membership card. Here's how they work.

What a club pass is

A pass lets you in more than once — a 10-visit pass, say, or a season pass. It's different from your membership card, which is your ongoing identity at the club, and from an event ticket, which gets you into one event, once.

Your passes live in the Memberships & Passes section, where they stack together with your membership card like cards in a wallet — tap a pass peeking out at the top to bring it to the front. The front of a pass shows how many entries you have left (for example 5 of 10 entries left, or ∞ Unlimited), the venue if one's set, and a Valid to date if it has one.

Passes are set up by your club, so what's on offer — the number of entries, the price and how long they last — depends on your club.

Buying a pass

You can buy a pass straight from the app and pay securely by card — there's nothing to print. In Memberships & Passes, tap Browse Memberships & Passes, then open the Passes tab. Each pass shows its name, venue, price, how many entries you get and how long it's valid.

Tap Add to Cart, then Go to cart and check out, paying by card just like anything else in the app. The moment payment goes through, your new pass appears in the card stack — ready on your phone with no email or printout needed.

Using it at the gate

Using a pass is just like showing your membership card. Open Memberships & Passes, tap your pass to bring it to the front, then tap it again to flip to the QR code. Show Scan at the gate to staff, who scan it to check you in.

Each time you're scanned, your entries tick down and you'll get a Checked in notification — so a "5 of 10" pass becomes "4 of 10", while an unlimited pass just keeps letting you in.

Keep track of your visits

Below the card, Pass details shows your entries left, how many you've used, the Valid to date and the venue. A usage history lists each visit with the date, time and how many entries were left afterwards — handy for checking exactly when and where you've used it.

Add it to Apple or Google Wallet

Just like your membership card, a pass can go into your phone's own wallet. Bring the pass to the front and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet, and you can show it at the gate without opening the club app at all.

When a pass ends

A pass naturally comes to an end. When it runs out of entries it shows Exhausted; once its dates pass it shows Expired. In both cases it can't be scanned any more. A club can also revoke a pass, which stops it working at the gate — so if something looks off, check with the club.

Expired and used-up passes are greyed out so they're easy to tell apart from the ones still working, and you can remove them to keep your wallet tidy.

Your passes live in My Wallet

Passes now sit inside My Wallet — an always-on hub on the app's bottom bar that keeps your passes next to your membership card, event tickets, saved payment methods and, where your club enables them, a Club Cash balance and sponsor vouchers. It's one place for everything you'd show or spend at the club. For the full tour, see our guide to your My Wallet.
